Friday was our first Discover Time this year. The Junior team's focus during the session was one of our school values; Respect/Pono. During the morning we had the opportunity to show respect to each other and our environment through play and creativity. We created weaved placemats with Māori designs, paper wakas and contributed to a Junior Kahu huruhuru (feather cloak) by decorating a feather. Check out some of the weaved placements below.
Welcome to Room 3's class blog. We are a class of 21 year 2 happy pupils. Our school is a few minutes walk away from a surf beach and below the magnificent Mount Taranaki. Check out our blog to see what we've been up to.
